Regulations of the „Bukowe Zacisze Pokoje Gościnne”,

• Check-in from 16:00 to 10:00 on the last day of your stay. Any changes in the hours of arrivals or departures of guests should always be individually agreed with the owners of the object.

• The fee for stay in the „Bukowe Zacisze Pokoje Gościnne” and the tourist tax is charged on the day of arrival.

• A refundable deposit of 200 PLN per room is required upon arrival.

• In case of cancellation during the stay, the owner will not refund the stay.

  Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.

• The behavior of guests inside and on the premises should not interfere with the peaceful stay of other guests. The owner of the facility may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.

• Do not move room equipment without notifying staff.

• Towels are changed and room cleaning is available upon request at an additional cost.

• Parking of vehicles is only allowed in the place designated for this purpose. The guesthouse is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the guest. Parking is free, unguarded on the property.

• The owners are not responsible for valuables and money left in the rooms.

• The guest can not give the room to other people, even if the period for which he paid the fee due for the stay has not expired.

• Report any and all failures to the owner of the facility.

• For reasons of fire safety, it is not allowed to use in the rooms heaters, heaters, gas appliances, appliances powered by electricity, irons and other similar devices that do not constitute room equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audio and video devices.

• Items of personal use left by a Guest leaving in the room will be sent to the address indicated, at the expense of the Guest.

• If you do not receive such an order, the items will be stored for one month and then destroyed.

• Children under the age of 12 should be on the premises under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage caused by children.

• The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the Bukowe Zacisze Object, caused by his fault.

• After the expiry of the stay, the Guest is obliged to return the keys received to the owners of the facility. The owner of the property has the right to check the condition of the room and charge him for any damage to the room.

• In the event of violation of the provisions of the regulations, the owner of the object may refuse to provide further services to the guest who violates them.

• The guest is obliged to immediately comply with the Owner’s request, settle payment for the stay and any damage and leave the Bukowe Zacisze facility.

• The property is strictly non-smoking inside the facility, as well as on the balconies. Persons who do not comply with this smoking ban will be charged with a fine of 100 PLN each time.

• The wireless Internet network is available free of charge with the host’s website. When using the wireless Internet (WIFI) Bukowe Zacisze, there is a total ban on downloading movies, music, etc.

• The host only issues one key from the room. After completing your stay, the key should be returned to the Host.

• A fee of 25 PLN is charged for losing the key.

 

Information about the processing of personal data:
• The guest house is obliged to register each guest. Guests are asked to show proof of identity. The customer agrees to the use of his personal data in order to enable the full booking process and for registration. Personal data will not be used for any other purpose nor will they be made available to other entities in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 (as amended in 2018) on the Protection of Personal Data.
• Personal data of Guests are processed to provide room rental services for short-term periods. The administrator of personal data is Bukowe Zacisze Guest Rooms, based in Gąski 14A, 76-034 Sarbinowo. Full information about personal data is attached to these regulations and is available in the Object’s files.

 

 

 Price list:

l The room price depends on the season

To the accommodation price in accordance with the resolution of the Mielno Commune Council, a local (climatic) fee should be added, in the amount of PLN 2.80 per person (no discounts for children and youth) payable on arrival.

SETTLEMENTS:

Dear guests, upon booking the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the value of the booked stays must be paid, within 3 days to the account

 

We will not make refunds of the deposit or money paid in the event of failure to comply with the stated period of stay or resignation.
Hotel day lasts from 16.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure
